The Key Responsibilities of the Role
Leadership and management of the warehouse and transport teams across multiple shifts
Optimising warehouse and transport operations to meet varying customer demand
Controlling the warehouse and transport budget
Continual improvement of people and processes to ensure the department keeps pace with company growth rates
Overall responsibility for the company OTIF standard
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary range from £35000 to £40000 depending on experience
Holiday is 23 days + bank holidays per year

Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Role reports to the Operations Director
Direct reports will be Transport Manager, Warehouse Supervisor
