HR & Compliance Manager


What we Need

We are looking for a top-flight HR and compliance professional to take care of all day to day HR and compliance administration for the business and to provide support for the management team. Your job will be to ensure that the Allpack office runs smoothly and the business is fully compliant with all HR, Health and Safety, environmental legislation, and industry accreditations.

The Key Responsibilities of the Role

Manage all admin for HR including support for the management team as required
Manage all admin for recruitment and onboarding
Manage the meetings software system
Manage office supplies – stationary and other consumables
Manage all legal and compliance admin including ISO, FSC and BRC
Provide the directors and management team with admin support as required

Remuneration & Benefits

Attractive salary available depending on experience
Holiday is 23 days + bank holidays per year
Laptop & phone provided

Other Details

Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Role reports to the Managing Director
